Speakers

Keynote Speaker, Michael T. Lane, will share his journey of “Putting Together the Pieces.” His love of the theater helped in his struggles from homelessness to becoming the Director of Individual and Family Affairs with the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board.

Motivational Speakers, Kevin and Pete Earley, will share their family story of their wellness struggles and their successes, using songs, video and conversation to cover: •    Father/son journey
•    Positive changes in mental health system
•    Hope for the future

“Laughing Yoga” with Anna Kim. Relax, laugh and gently stretch your mind and body.

“Therapeutic Rhythms” with Myra Goodrich will lift your spirits with group participation on various instruments.

“Bodywise Movement” with Margot Greenlee has choreographed movements that will leave you feeling happier, stronger, smarter and inspired
